Iceland salmon fishing update - Vatnsdalsa river

The Vatnsdalsa river in Iceland is one of the few rivers in the country that produces large atlantic salmon. It is having a good season with fish numbers up to 496 on the 8 rod river as of this morning. Average catches the last few days have been great with 25-30 fish landed daily. The largest fish so far this season has been 96cm. We will have access to a number of weeks on the Vatnsdalsa in 2014 so please get in touch if you are interested in fishing this river.
